Handle it at your site

The course is on Approved Equivalencies: same institution, same course number, conditions met.
The transcript shows a new Sierra number. Check Sierra Number Changes, then the list.
A Sierra College course taken through our dual-enrollment agreement.
Routine transfer credit from an accredited school.
Aeries entry questions (usual Aeries support route).

Send it to Education Services

The course isn't on Approved Equivalencies.
An existing approval needs to extend to a new version or credit amount, or is disputed.
The record is from a homeschool or non-accredited school.
A student needs approval before registering for an outside course.

Not an approval. A course on the Pending Review tab, a course listed in a college agreement, or a past site decision doesn't approve anything. Don't post credit until there is a written determination.
