Evaluations are a big lift — this tool is here to carry most of the weight, so a year of good observations doesn't turn into a late-night scramble. Here's what's happening behind the scenes.

*A site admin sees all input on teachers & paraeducators at their site, plus any input they personally logged on anyone. They do not see other contributors' input about other staff (psychologists, SLPs, program specialists, secretaries, etc.). No one ever sees evaluation input written about themselves.
