What's in this view, and what isn't.
- Source
- Current-year course marks for your school, served live by Basin and scoped to the school you administer. No marks for other schools reach this page.
- Unit
- One row per student-course enrollment, per grading window. A student taking two courses across four windows contributes up to eight rows.
- Passing
- An enrollment counts as passing unless the mark is failing (F or D−). "Fail rate" is the inverse.
- n in this view
- — enrollments across — subgroups and — courses.
- Suppression
- Subgroups with fewer than 10 enrollments are held out of the gap and trend charts so a handful of students can't be singled out.
- What isn't here
- No student names, IDs, or individual records — this is an aggregate view by design. For a roster-level follow-up, work with your counseling team off-platform.
